Goode Monday morning friends. My apologies for the late greeting this morning. My friend and I are meeting at the gym on Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning therefore, on these days, my postings will be a bit later. :) I hope this 18th day of September finds you in goode health and grand spirits. We have a chilly and wet day here in Vermont with leden clouds low in the sky, dropping heavy showers on us periodically. Today, after preparing pie crust for this evening’s quiche, I will head into the studio for the day. I have orders to pack and pop in the mail and then I am diving headlong into the October issue of the gazette.
I discovered a WONDERFUL new YouTube channel this weekend….English Heritage. Oh my goodness, the cooking videos are wonderful. Much like spending a bit of cooking and baking time with Mrs. Patmore of Downton Abbey. The videos reenact the victorian era at Audley End House in England (a real estate) and feature Mrs. Crocumbe ~ the cook at Audley End House during this time, and are fantastic. DO look into them if you are a Downton Abbey fan. I love historic cooking shows and videos.
Enjoy the day friends. ~ Doreen
